Because of the advanced facilities and excellence service, our hotel is
appointed as a reception hotel for the "53rd Miss World" in 2003. The
new luxurious adjacent hotel is now available. It boasts Grand Ball Room
which maximum capacity is 300 people, full service business center,
beauty salon and health spa.
Facilities
Hotel boasts 258 luxurious rooms and suites, all with amazing sea
views. Our hotel is designed in a very pleasant and different fashion
than other hotels in the area. All rooms include private hot shower,
IDD telephone facilities, Mini bar. There is computer in the Business
Sea View Room. Overview: Many agree this is a very nice property
perched on the cliff just above the beach with the very best views of
Da Dong Hai Bay. This mid sized hotel is an excellent 4 star property
offering a lovely, romantic setting perched on the hill directly at the
west end of the beach. A modern, charming, open lobby area has a
large balcony area with deep padded wicker chairs, teahouse style,
and an excellent brand new bar offering a European variety of fresh
coffees. Its an excellent setting to let the time pass on a lazy afternoon
with magnificent views as the sun sets. To the beach, it is a 3-minute
walk down through the beautiful lush garden cliffs.

We are satisfied with your service very much - not only were you efficient, you were helpful and expedient. Above all you were extremely courteous in your transactions.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly (although little English was spoken). However, check-in took over an hour and check-out took even longer, and it was an incredibly frustrating process. Breakfast was limited as we had pre-urchased breakfast coupons, i would advise future travellers not to do this as it is of no benefit. Better breakfasts were available for the price of our prepaid coupons but we had to stick to a preset menu to use the coupons - the menu was a strange mix - ie American breakfast was fried eggs and congee! Peanut butter featured in the tuna sandwiches as well as the ham and egg sandwiches - which was interesting! Non of the rooms had baths which was a surprise (we have a small child and a bath is somewhat of a prerequisite). Whilst dinner at the hotel took a long time to arrive, the food was good when it did. Over-ridingly we had a good time and a wonderful experience, the staff could not have been more helpful - even tho most communication was done via gesturing!
