Guest Comments
We were very satisfied with servis your agency concerning hotel booking. In our opinion the booking could be made little bit carefully, because we hadn't been informed that all servis in hotel as accomodation, room servis etc. - must be booked quite high amount. It is really unacceptable and we didn't meet with this kind of protection nowhere in the world. The receptionist explained us that these precaution is against undisciplinary tourist from your country. We found it as quite humiliated and we won't
accept it when we come possibly next time.
Staff in Palm Beach Resort was attentive, respectful and we were really satisfied. We were only quite surprised low knowledge of english between server. We were quite dissapointed with food, because we heard about more original -piquant food in your country.
