The service of the TCG Booking Center was quite good. Your response to my request was quick and your instructions were good. I only have one suggestion: It would be much more convenient for me to have been able to pay for the hotel by credit card online. It was inconvenient to have to fax my credit card information to you, and in addition to have to pay at the hotel when I arrived.
The hotel facility was quite nice. However, the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. We arrived late at night due to a delay in our flight. The front desk staff could not read my computer printout giving my hotel reservation information. (They could not read or speak English, so I had to explain my reservation to them in Chinese. If I had not been able to speak Chinese, it would have been a lot more difficult!) Also, they did not give me a non-smoking room as I had requested.
