I found the service provided by the TCG booking service to be most professional and extremely courteous. The replies back to me were submitted in a timely fashion and easily understood, making the e-mail communication very convenient and well informed.
I was completely satisfied with the facility, staff service, location as well as surroundings during my stay in the Xiangyun Hotel. It was a most pleasurable experience to have such a clean and well presented room for my stay within the hotel complex. I utilised the hotel dining room on several occasions and also used the laundry service. All of the amenities and the staff service were first class and this made my stay there even more pleasant. Security and taxi service provided at the hotel were also excellent and I fully commend and thank all staff members for assisting me throughout my stay.
I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel during my next visit to Nanning and would highly recommend anyone who does seek accommodation in this city to utilise the professional services provided there.
