Guest Comments
We were very happy with your service and the Golden Elephant.. The rooms were clean and looked onto the view. Its in a good position to walk to the lake and the riverside in the morning as well as the main shopping area. Although the hotel is a little old the rooms were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion is that the only restaurant should offer some variation and perhaps some slightly more western food. We don't go to China looking for western food but in the interests of keeping visitors happy a greater selection and slightly longer opening hours in the morning would be useful.
If we returned to Guilin we would definitely stay there again We both enjoyed Guilin its a good starting point.
