Thanks for your nice follow-up mail and for your flawless job. The quality of the hotel service is very good, just the prices (e.g., 38 Yuan for a cup of coffee in the heartland of China) seems to be somewhat out of bounds. To attract large volumes of Western tourists, your prices have to be much lower (e.g., for me and my family), since everybody expects prices in China being much lower than in the West.
