Thanks for your mail. In one word I can say excellent about your hotel and everything. But we faced a big problem that is your language. Even your hotel we found only three staff who can understand or speak English out of 200 staffs of your hotel & in city nobody. Otherwise your people is so nice & friendly. Another thing during our stay at china you didn't contact with us! May I know why? Again thanks for you mail & everything.
