Yes, I am satisfied with TCG service. In fact, it was great. I have to admit at first when I check-in I wasn't sure that the total amount stated in the booking form is actually 'net total'. I was thinking there might be some cheeky and hidden additional charges to my bills as I have experienced it before in China. But that proved not to be the case here with TCG booking and I paid exactly what I was informed when booking and that just surprised me how realiable and great service TCG was. Next time I will be in China, you will be my first website i will click on.
The location was top class. I couldn't ask for any better that that right in the heart of city center. I would pay that money just for the location alone. In addition, hotel facilities were great and staff were very nice, there was even one of them speaking good English which helped me alot with the car rental.
One comment though, I was put on 'smoking floor' which I wasn't asked when check-in. I called for a change but there was no rooms available on non-smoking floors. That caused some problem to my breathing system but it was minor problem and I didn't really mind that much.
