We would like to thank you for the efficient and wonderful service you provided. As it was our first trip to China we were very anxious but everything turned out beautifully.
The Shangri-La in Hangzhou was wonderful, luxurious, friendly and the food a delight. We have stayed in many hotels and never seen a breakfast like the one offered there. Our only regret was that we could not stay a few more days. We will be back to China and we will be staying longer next time.
