The room price is quoted in both CNY and USD. After you submit your booking form, our memo table will show you the total room price in CNY,not USD, and which is the figure you need pay at the hotel reception.
The room price has included 15% service charge, but excludes any sort of tax.
One room price excludes or includes one or two daily breakfasts served in the hotel.
The hotel keeps the reservation till 18:00 if no any advance note.
Hotel's stipulated check-in time at 14:00 and check-out time at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability. The hotel might request half day or full day room price for late check out.

Bamboo Grove Hotel, the first four-star joint venture hotel in Suzhou,
is conveniently located in city center. With white wall, black tiles, it
embraces a delicate balance of renowned traditional Suzhou
architectural elements and modern living comforts. It's the ideal
place for business and leisure traveler to stay in.
Services
The Complex houses most of the hotel's service and entertainment
facilities. The Guest Room Tower is where all 356 guest rooms
and suites located. All rooms are comfortably decorated and have
individually-controlled air conditioning system, IDD telephone
service, E-mail, Internet, color TV, radio, minibar and in-house
film channels. Electricity supply is 220V/ 50HZ.
Facilities
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Health Club facilities, including
a Gym, Table Tennis, Sauna, Massage, 2 Outdoor Tennis Courts
and Jogging Track. Our new indoor swimming pool is scheduled
to be completed by late fall 1996. There is also a Snooker Room
and a few Game Rooms where guests can play Mahjong or cards.
A full service Business Center, Meeting Rooms, Safe Deposit Boxes, ForeignExchange, Laundry, Beauty Salon, Flower & Bouquet Shop,
Clinic, and Shopping Arcade are available for our guests.
Features
The Emerald Place features genuine Suzhou cuisine. The Seasons
serves typical Cantonese dishes and dim-sum. It also provides full
conference and banquet services when converted to a multi-purpose
hall seating up to 300 persons. The Plum's Cafe serves Asian and
Western cuisine all day, and room service is available 24 hours.
The Lobby Bar, and the Orient Express Club (with 3 KTV rooms)
are ideal for spending leisure time. Cakes, breads and other snacks
are available at the Delicatessen in the lobby.

1. We are quite satisfied with the booking service of TCG. The service have been quick and correct.
2.Our stay with Bamboo Hotel in Suzhou turned out to be very nice indeed. However, we had reserved 2 Standard rooms and when we arrived it was 2 rooms, a little tired looking, with no connecting door. We pointed out to the hotel staff that it would be difficult for us to stay in 2 seperate rooms with no connecting door as we have 3 small children. Then my husband saw a brochure on the counter at the reception desk, of the various rooms and suites the hotel had to offer. The hotel had a 2 bedroom suite, newly decorated at the top floor for only approx 250 more per night than what we were to pay for the 2 Standard Rooms. After having been able to view the suite we immediately decided to stay in the suite. However, we were a little dissapointed in the lack of interest from the hotel staff to solve our initial problem of wanting to be able to be together as a family and not having to live in 2 seperate rooms. One would assume that it would be in the interest of the hotel to sell us the suite instead and receive more money. However, it all ended nicely and we vere very happy with our too short stay. All staff treated us nicely and were very helpful, for example in arranging our transportaion to Shanghai, the surroundings were beautiful and well kept, the breakfast was very good, the pool was warm and nice, the changing rooms of the pool could use a redecoration though. And not the least, all taxi drivers knew exactly were the hotel was. There was never a problem to go "home". We will definitely like to stay at the Bamboo Grove Hotel again if we ever come back to
Suzhou.
